Ramses Prashad said a few too many conflicting things, which turned him from the most progressive man in Love Is Blind season 7 to the ultimate snake. Ramses matched with Marissa George in the pods, and at first, the Love Is Blind couple seemed perfect. Their conversations were incredible, and their chilled personalities seemed to show that the two were meant to walk down the aisle and then live happily ever after. When Ramses talked about gender roles, it sounded like he was ready to explore, rather than sticking to the traditional ways of being a family man.

He was willing to assist with household chores and childcare. However, his red flags started showing. The Love Is Blind cast member talked about watching the kids, making it seem like he was doing his future wife a favor, rather than fulfilling a mutual responsibility. The contradicting statements raised questions about whether Ramses believed his previous remarks, and if the Love Is Blind star only supported roles that seemed beneficial to him. As Love Is Blind season 7 progressed, Ramses' red flags emerged. His rigid views on the military, and general insensitivity, were hard to watch.

Ramses pretended to be a progressive man. He had once been married and was quite candid about his failed union. He shared that he and his ex-wife grew apart and weren't on the same wavelength before their divorce. Listening to him talk about that situation made the Love Is Blind participant seem self-aware, as if he was ready to approach marriage differently. However, his views continued changing as the Love Is Blind experiment progressed.

He blithely said he worked from home and would watch the children while he was working. This notion seemed detached from the realities of caring for kids, so it was unlikely he'd be able to provide realistic support. In a different incident, Ramses tried to get Marissa to use birth control. After she suggested the use of condoms, Ramses claimed the sex wouldn't be enjoyable. His lack of sex education was surprising, making him the worst disappointment throughout Love Is Blind season 7.

Ramses wasn't going on Love Is Blind to find his soulmate. Instead, he sought fifteen minutes of fame and a chance to expand his brand. Ramses had spent plenty of time with Marissa after their vacation in Mexico, and if her energy was too much, as he later claimed, he should have walked away earlier. Nonetheless, maybe it wasn't just Nick Dorka who wanted Love Is Blind fame. It was diabolical that he waited for the experiment to play out, calling off their engagement days before the wedding.

Ramses and Marissa were a solid couple. Their differences appeared to bring them closer, as they both seemed self-aware and ready to handle all the challenges that came their way. Therefore, it was shocking to see Ramses break up with Marissa out of nowhere, claiming that their energies were different (via Love Is Blind Netflix).
"Is your energy gonna be like too much for me or is it gonna like make me feel you know like overwhelmed?"
Marissa was in utter despair and asked him more than once if he was sure. Ramses couldn't really cry, but tried to slightly soften the response, stating that he wasn't unsure about his love for her. However, he didn't know how they'd co-exist. It was a moment of unfiltered heartbreak that showed what happens when two people's feelings don't match.

His fake crying proved Ramses was a producer plant, as he wasn't invested. There was no specific reason for Ramses to break up with Marissa. If there was, he didn't fully express himself in the series. This made him the biggest villain in Love Is Blind season 7.
