Santi Surprises Emily With An Unexpected Outing
We open the episode with Maria and Mauricio cooking a healthy breakfast. Mauricio tells the cameras that in the pods, they both committed to living a healthy lifestyle, but since then, they haven't been holding each other accountable for working out. Meanwhile, Santi asks Emily to put on a blindfold so he can surprise her. He takes her to River Plate's stadium, his favorite team and her rival team.
Even though Emily has no plans to root for her enemy team, she's happy to share the experience with Santi, for whom the visit is very emotional, as he started coming to games there with his family when he was just two. Emily tells him that she'll allow him to take a selfie of them together at her rival stadium, even if she'll regret it later, she teases.
Back at Tom and Florfi's apartment, Florfi's friends come over to see them and ask what their future plans are. Tom explains they both want to have some more experiences together before they make a big decision like getting married. To the cameras, Florfi shares she's still having her doubts about actually tying the knot:

I was genuinely open to the whole idea of meeting someone special and potentially getting married at the end of the experiment, but that feeling hasn't grown.
Next we see Ezequiel at home with Juli, still frustrated that she isn't able to open up more and be more affectionate or communicative about her feelings. Juli says she doesn't want to have to change who she is for a relationship, so the two clearly still have some things to work out.
The fact that Juli is reluctant in front of the cameras seems to make her more reluctant, and Ezequiel says he's starting to doubt her feelings for him overall. "As soon as I feel pressured, I start to lose interest," she tells the cameras.

Mauricio Brings Maria To Work
Mauricio brings Maria to his shop where he sells the clothes he designs for a living. They choose clothes for each other to try on, and Maria notes how nice it is to see that Mauricio is truly passionate about what he does. Maria opens up about how she's been wanting to connect more with Mauricio, and that the two had a deep conversation last night about how important sexual intimacy is to her.
Though the two didn't have an immediate "erotic connection" coming out of the pods, she still hopes they can get there, and the two wind up flirting happily while in the store. Shortly thereafter, Mauricio's sister Susana shows up at the store unexpectedly, and Mauricio introduces the two women.

Florencia also gets an unexpected visitor when her brother Diego surprises her, apparently planning the visit with José Luis in secret. She says that Diego is the most important person in her life, especially after their mother passed away. José Luis tells Diego that he feels Florencia rushed him into proposing, and she doesn't appreciate the way he describes their relationship. In the end, however, he assures Diego that Florencia is his "lucky charm."
Ultimately, Diego tells his sister that he can see that she's in love, and that as long as they support each other, that's the most important thing. As far as he's concerned, he's willing to welcome José Luis into the family. If anything, it's Florencia who still needs to work out any of her own insecurities that may still be affecting her.
Later, Santi has another surprise for Emily: he's picked out gold wedding rings for the two of them. The jeweler shares that they can get them engraved, and they end up choosing the number five, something that has been a symbol of luck throughout their relationship. Emily tells the cameras that she can already picture herself as a married woman and is excited for what's to come.

Love Is Blind: Argentina Season 1 Episode 3 Recap: Words Aren't My Strong Suit
A reveal gone wrong and an engagement that shocks the rest of the cast.
Ezequiel and Juli are still struggling with some tension in their relationship, neither wanting to be the one to bring the subject up first. After they spend some time at home together and cuddle, things seem to be warming between them. At their own place, Maria shares that she and Mauricio have figured out a way to be intimate in a way that satisfies them both — by hooking up in the bathtub.
The next morning, Maria says she needs to call her mom and tell her about the experiment, as she'd previously told her she was going to Mexico for work. She introduces her to Mauricio over FaceTime, and while her mother is overwhelmed by the news, they're at least able to joke about it, and Maria assures her mother she'll give her time to process everything.
Next, Santi's mother comes over to meet Emily, and she shares that she thinks her son's fiancée seems wonderful. If anything, she knows that Santi can have a strong personality, and that he's the one who needs to tone it down sometimes. At the end of the episode, Juli goes to meet some of Ezequiel's friends and play paddleball together. She's surprised at the invasive questions his friends ask, but goes through with it anyway.
In the final scene, Florfi and Tom go for ice cream, and he asks about meeting her sister Martu. Florfi says that until they officially decide they're ready to get married, she's hesitant to introduce him to her family members:
I'm still not sure I want them to meet Tom during the experiment because I feel like that could be asking too much of them.
